It's always a challenge to reach them. I went in for a check-up and was informed that a tooth needed to be extracted. I booked the appointment, showed up, and the dentist was not very talkative or friendly. The extraction process was difficult and I was not reassured at all; it ended up being quite brutal. The aftermath left me with stitches that extended beyond the adjacent teeth. I've had multiple teeth extracted in the past and never experienced anything like this. There was no follow-up communication to check on my well-being. For the price I paid, the service was subpar.
