Visited Chemist for info on strep throat for my boy, greeted by a kind chap named Neil, no task too small, explained thoroughly in 10mins filled a form Neil did the swab and antibiotics were dispensed. The courteous, precise professional team deserve a morning tea treat. Thank you Neil, you're fantastic. Xxxx

Quite let down by the crew this morning, besides not announcing the delayed opening at 8.45am instead of 8.30am; informed of a 15 min wait for my prescription even though it was sent by the Dr yesterday afternoon. Later, discovered there were others ahead, adding another 30 min wait.. what a waste of time.. hoping my prescription is ready for collection on Monday 18th...usually a great pharmacy, but not today
