Currently experiencing a long wait of 2 hours as we approach the Festive season. The website indicates they're open on Saturdays, but due to staffing issues, they are closed.
Rachel and Donna are incredible individuals who go above and beyond to ensure a speedy and helpful visit. They helped me with the full license process and set me up for my WOF and additional services. They deserve a raise, VTNZ! Your team of strong women is amazing. I highly recommend VTNZ for all car paperwork needs. Unfortunately, had a negative experience with a racist instructor on 19 Dec 2023. Police will be involved to address this discrimination.
The receptionist is always super helpful here. I consistently receive good service for my WOF, and they are reliable and honest. There's no pressure to buy new tyres every year, which I appreciate.
