Certainly their peak season with the start-of-term rush but the service was courteous & welcoming. School supplies like books, pens, bags, and all the essentials for your children are prominently displayed right now, while the regular desks, chairs, and storage items are located towards the back. They offer a nice variety of art supplies, fine arts materials, writing tools, as well as office supplies. Additionally, they have a selection of phones, laptops, and tablets available. Parking is somewhat limited in the front.
A mate got me a laptop for my birthday from a different store, but when I encountered some minor issues, I brought it to Rotorua as it's the nearest store. They sent it back to the manufacturer for repairs, but they also conducted their own checks upon its return to ensure it was functioning properly. And it was. They guided me through the whole process and made sure I felt well taken care of.
