It's always a challenge to reach them. I went in for a check-up and was informed that a tooth needed to be extracted. I booked the appointment, showed up, and the dentist was not very talkative or friendly. The extraction process was difficult and I was not reassured at all; it ended up being quite brutal. The aftermath left me with stitches that extended beyond the adjacent teeth. I've had multiple teeth extracted in the past and never experienced anything like this. There was no follow-up communication to check on my well-being. For the price I paid, the service was subpar. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend them.
My first exam two years ago was smooth sailing, painless. Now, I'm struggling to secure a second appointment. It seems like they're closed. The contact page on their website isn't functioning properly. Ended up going to a different dentist.
I had a wisdom tooth removed. The pain relief provided was sufficient, making the procedure completely painless. Despite the tooth being challenging, both the dentist and the assistant were very kind and supportive.
