The well-lit open space at the entrance is quite inviting. The staff here are incredibly accommodating and strive to ensure your visit is as productive as possible. The layout of the courtrooms is well-designed and easily accessible. Clear signage guides you, and if you're still unsure, the staff are delightful and very supportive.
Due to current Covid restrictions, no support is allowed in the courtroom. Time slots are assigned per person, limiting privacy for communication with lawyers. Security staff now act as liaisons for lawyers. Their upbeat attitude is a welcomed positive aspect.
During the pandemic, there was some confusion as only two people were allowed to address the Judge. With two trustees stepping down, two already serving, and three to be sworn in, some of us had to leave before the ceremony was over, leaving the remaining three to be sworn in. 😁
