I took in my Samsung Galaxy phone that had a cracked screen and damaged back. The person at the counter was friendly and helpful. We encountered a problem with the initial screen as some buttons were not functioning. However, they replaced it with a better screen at no extra cost. Now my phone, which I thought I would need to replace, looks and functions like new. Very pleased with the outcome!
Fantastic! I took in a Dell XPS laptop that had issues powering on on Saturday 11/25 and 3 days later they had the laptop repaired and working. The repair cost was great and the quality of the work was top-notch, 10 out of 10 service. I want to mention the kindness of the person who assisted me. Highly recommend this place.
Destroyed my 12-month-old Surface Pro! It had charging issues. After a week of testing and changing the charging port, they determined the issue was with the motherboard. I agreed to have it fixed. After another week and $250 later, the laptop was returned to me still unable to charge. I took it to the official technicians who couldn't repair it due to the faulty parts installed and significant damage from the subpar repair. I ended up tossing it in the trash.
