Terrible experience, visited this place yesterday and the man who did my hair didn't even make an effort. He had poor communication skills & charged me $7 for a subpar job, asked him to trim my hair and he said it's already short enough. After he trimmed my hair again, he rolled his eyes at me. Worst hair/nail salon in Papatoetoe at this point. My hand was in cast for 10 weeks, came to this clinic back on May, from the first day that receptionist contacted she made me laugh, she has got a great humour and good energy and very helpful which that’s what we all need a positive behaviour, my hand therapist was Greg! Such an incredible guy and very helpful and bubbly, he helped with my hand over 5 months, while he was on holiday Elaine helped me. Definitely recommend this place. Hence why I shop around and will no longer go to them. They should have specific pricing. Men's/women's short or long is different $50 above. They will use the straightener when you haven’t asked. I could have cut my own hair. Really disappointed they have gone this route. My son came in for a cut today and would've requested a no1 fade. When he came home it was zero fade and about 3 on top, full on boxed... we were not happy! So u know I have a background in the industry and a fair knowledge of the trade. Couldve even done it myself but because i am his mum its not cool enough (we get it) First of all our son is a full time service missionary not a hardcore gangster. He has asperges. Then there is the thing of typical friends and family members (we all have them) who without a doubt make a mockery out of it.. younger ones.. When that happens believe me Dox Barbers, Panmure, Auckland will be the forefront of the headlines. mark my words and charged $30 for a cut that doesnt even look nice on him. Sorry but your responsible for the rude box fade and prefer the more hair on top with the natural hair line along the forehead.
