It was great to receive email and text reminders as well. Jack did an excellent job, and I can definitely hear better. He also scheduled a reminder appointment for me in the future. To get to Petra's Beauty Clinic at 11 Kawakawa Street, Pegasus 7612, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 125 from the city centre and get off at the Pegasus Town bus stop. From there, walk south on Kawakawa Street for about 5 minutes to reach the clinic. If driving, head north on State Highway 1 and turn left onto Pegasus Boulevard. Continue straight and turn right onto Kawakawa Street, where you'll find Petra's Beauty Clinic on your left after about 3 crossroads.
I booked Maia's signature massage and it was absolute bliss. Maia is friendly and professional and her space is tranquil, cozy and inviting. Communication was excellent as was the massage. The service at the customer desk here is subpar. I tried to get a price match on a product that was in stock at a competitor's store, as shown on my phone. However, the staff member insisted it wasn't available in their system. After 10 minutes of back and forth, she realized her error in selecting the wrong store. Her attitude was quite rude, no apology offered. It seems like they are unwilling to accommodate price matches. I suggest heading to Papanui, where the customer service is excellent. They managed a price match for me within a minute last week.
