The establishment is incredibly stunning, and the ambiance is delightful. The therapists are truly skilled, and it's always a pleasurable experience... except for today. It's the first time I've been counting down the minutes until the therapy session concluded, the first time I leave with a sore neck, requiring another session to recover, and the first time it's left me with a headache. I'm not sure if the therapist was having a rough day and took it out on me, but it was an awful and highly unadvisable experience. If you're considering visiting this establishment, by all means, do so, I recommend it, but steer clear of FORTUNATE. It felt like she was trying to inflict pain with every touch. I was searching high and low for a place that could help me cover up/fix two failed tattoos from another studio. A lot of salons said they couldn’t help (which is fair enough) but as soon as I sent Inkstitution a message they were more than happy to help! The team (especially Charlie and Ruby) were so kind and patient with me! Charlie did an incredible job covering up a small tattoo for me and made it into something i absolutely love. despite the fact the first session it had a hard heal (my fault) she fixed that up right away in my touch up session and it healed amazingly. It’s amazing how she was able to turn something I was so insecure about into something I am so proud to now have on my body. They were both so patient, communicating to me and keeping me calm through the part where the tattoo had a hard heal the first time, Ruby (who I assume runs the socials on Instagram) also is super onto it with replying to messages!! The environment is something else, they all look like they have such a great team relationship overall. I cannot wait to eventually come back and I couldn’t recommend a place more!About

Waited over 20 minutes post the scheduled time, then got my haircut done within 10 minutes. No layer specifics. This is the quickest woman haircut I've ever experienced, and I noticed some parts on the side have uneven lengths after washing my hair at home.
It's the first time I've heard that not cutting well is due to not shampooing before going to the barber. The individual who trimmed my hair had no grasp of English. I should have exited then. Yet, feeling obligated once the right side was cut too short, I allowed him to even it out on the left for symmetry. The lesson: hair grows back. Silly haircuts can boost self-assurance.
