The liquid nitrogen procedure, performed by a nurse, only took 5 minutes. When trying to schedule the "free" follow-up because the nurse missed a spot, the reception now states that the follow-up (another 5 minutes) will cost an additional $60! At this rate, we could have just paid for surgical removal in one go. Please be more upfront with your patients.
