Sarah is so kind and very easy to talk to, after a thorough consultation she suggested a Manuka facial and a switch in my moisturizer would work wonders. A loyal patron they were, reasonably content. But during my toddler's inaugural salon visit for a haircut, the hairdresser was quite rough with a poor attitude. He seemed indifferent to my baby's fear and kept scolding both of us to stay still. I understand that cutting a young child's hair can be challenging, but now my baby is traumatized by haircutting tools thanks to that hairdresser. I have been going to Jade for 6 months now for microneedling and laser hair removal. My skin has never looked better as the result of microneedling. Jade knows what they are doing and suggests you the best treatment for your concerns. I have had microneedling done before and results were nowhere close to what Jade has been able to achieve. This location has given my partner false information regarding pricing. Initially, they were told that liquid nitrogen (for a small mole) would cost $90 with a complimentary follow-up if necessary. The liquid nitrogen procedure, performed by a nurse, only took 5 minutes. When trying to schedule the "free" follow-up because the nurse missed a spot, the reception now states that the follow-up (another 5 minutes) will cost an additional $60! At this rate, we could have just paid for surgical removal in one go. Please be more upfront with your patients.
