Lack of knowledge. Unfortunately, my experience here was subpar... I popped into this pharmacy on my way down south to grab some emergency ventolin, which I've done at other pharmacies previously. I was refused this service and informed that it wasn't doable over the counter (or anywhere in Aotearoa).... okay
