The service I received was always professional and knowledgeable, with top-notch treatments and equipment. Most of my expenses were covered by the national healthcare system, making it quite affordable for me. I wholeheartedly endorse them!

Booked Melinda in back in March. Mentioned venue and that it would just be for me. They told me all confirmed but gave me no details of costs etc. have tried to reach out multiple times and told too busy to reply. Come September they told me the venue is too far away so I now need 4-5 extra people to make it worth their while (when I had told them in March it was just for me and it was an elopement). Very disappointed and stressful for a bride to now find someone to do hair and make up 7 weeks before the wedding. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting David at your store. He provided me with a delightful treatment using the Manuka honey peel. It was truly amazing, but I couldn't justify the cost of the product. I got up and left. We bid our farewells. After about an hour, I realized I had walked away from something magical. Not just the product but also David, so I returned to the store and invested a significant amount in the products. I've now been using them for about two weeks and I am extremely impressed.
