Was warmly greeted by Jack and the team. Spent hours reading reviews before booking my appointment, determined to visit this salon. Unaware that they were the team that had relocated from Queen Street (the salon I was trying to book into but couldn't find), I used my "new customer full head highlights package" voucher. Only had to pay an extra $45 for toner due to my dark hair, knowing it would take multiple sessions to achieve the blonde shade I desired. Held back tears of joy upon leaving, thoroughly impressed and delighted with my new haircut and color. Had avoided salons for a while due to dissatisfaction with previous cuts and colors, so I was quite nervous initially. But wow! Visiting Vivo at Britomart was definitely the best salon experience I've had! The staff are welcoming, friendly, and warm. You're even greeted by lovely large plants throughout the salon 🥰 Loved the unique setup of this salon compared to the usual ones (mostly male hairdressers, which I absolutely love). Jack is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you through the process, ensuring the color turns out even better than expected. Peter provided helpful recommendations for future treatments with other hairdressers here in the Bay of Plenty. Highly recommend visiting Vivo at Britomart! The atmosphere is spot on, and I can assure you'll leave swishing your hair like in Pantene ads haha. Love these folks, wish they were located in the BOP region as this would be my go-to salon for sure.

What a disaster when a fair-haired middle-aged Karen trying to convince me a product that is obviously not the one I was looking for is what I was looking for 🤢🤮. I was given a tester the other day from this shop and decided to buy one today. This middle-aged fair-haired Karen who definitely had the right manners to serve other white client before me, showing nothing but impatience and nervousness when I was checking the ingredients as the “ description of the shampoo changed”. She was extremely impatient and pushy and kept telling me she was 100% sure it was the same product. No Karen! It’s not! Other shops are selling the ones you don’t have at the moment! I came to your shop because I got tester from here and it’s a courtesy to shop again! The rooms at Total Body Bliss are exquisite, well-maintained, and exude professionalism. The staff are courteous and incredibly helpful. The highlight of my visit was my 2-hour session with Olive. From the moment she entered the room, I knew we would have a great connection. She provided a delightful shower and massage, making it one of the best experiences I've had with a masseuse. I hope she's available on Sunday, 1st October when I'm in Auckland before my flight, as I would love to repeat our session.About

Very lovely sauna and always buzzing. Been a regular here for a couple of years now and it never lets me down. Always plenty of folks around, even on weekdays. Interior is tidy and neat. The spa is cozy and inviting. Spacious steam room and sauna. Enjoyable movie room to chill in and complimentary coffee. They also have a small shop where you can grab noodles and chips. The staff are consistently welcoming. The music is always on point. I used to frequent the one in Auckland but it shut down. This one is way better than Te Anau. Quite let down. I've been a loyal customer for a year, couldn't make an appointment due to illness (didn't want to spread anything). When trying to reschedule, I was willing to pay a late cancellation fee, but was surprised that it amounted to the full appointment cost.
Despite this, my brows have always looked amazing, and the attendant I see is very kind.
Just wish there was more consideration for regular clients - so, for excellent brows, but don't fall ill (or perhaps go in sick?). I won't return as I can't afford that risk!About
