I popped in wanting a fringe, but the whole thing turned into a total flop.
First off, I was taken aback when the barber started straightening my hair instead of the usual wet cut.
As he snipped away at my fringe, I noticed it wasn't coming out straight as I'd asked. When I voiced my disappointment and clearly said I didn't want my hair straightened, he seemed lost and resorted to using the iron to create waves.
Things went downhill from there. My fringe was all wonky, and despite him saying it would settle, it didn't. The whole fringe stuck up, making me look daft.About

I'd rate them zero stars if I could, my hair was totally wrecked, quoted $180, ended up forking out $400, asked for a fix or refund, got the cold shoulder. The owner, Bella, was a bully, dissed my hair, worst experience ever, had to shell out $2000 to sort their mess.
