Terrible customer service with communication. I made a booking on 26th Oct. Received two reminder emails with different times on the same day for my appointment on 11th Nov, but one email had a different person's name? Then, another email was sent to inform me of a 'cancellation'? They rescheduled, and it's now been 4 weeks since my initial contact. I decided to cancel the re-booking altogether as this reflects poorly and speaks volumes about their incompetence. Why would anyone want to use the services of this business if they can't even get it right the first time?

I said "sorry I just have 100 dollars on me " and then she SIGHED at me and rolls her eyes ?!
After that I say "Have a nice day " and she looks away without saying it back?!
