Jaxon did this cover up piece on my leg. Tricky task as I didn't want it too dark, but the initial tattoo was quite dark. I reckon he did a top job concealing it and transforming it into a deeply symbolic piece that I'm really chuffed with :) and the pain was bearable. Upon arrival, there were only a handful of parking spots near the establishment. Initially uncertain about the entrance due to a lack of clear directions, we made our way up the stairs to a tranquil waiting area. Warmly welcomed by the staff, we felt at ease. Opted for a couple's massage with an additional 15-minute head massage. 75 minutes of pure bliss commenced with a delightful foot scrub. I received a soothing pregnancy massage while my husband enjoyed a robust massage. Time passed swiftly, and we didn't want it to end. The room was cozy, the therapists communicated effectively, and we will definitely rebook when in Auckland!!! The technician was a delightful individual and one of the most sought-after brow experts at the salon. However, my brows ended up looking worse than they did before I arrived. These treatments seem to only work well for specific shapes and hair lengths (mine look much better when not trimmed but following the natural hair flow). Fortunately, I opted for a hybrid tint at $85 instead of investing over $1,000 in something permanent. So, ladies, be cautious. Don't be swayed by the hype; it's best to test and try before committing. The in-person customer service was excellent, but there was some disorganization and unprofessionalism beforehand. (Be wary of the voucher system, as it may not function correctly, leading you to pay double until your refund is processed.) Absolutely shocking haircut and beard trim. Asked for a haircut and they just did one straight cut across the back of my head with no layers or style. The mustache trim was completely uneven, it's very noticeable. I suffer from depression and this experience just made me feel even worse. I strongly advise against going to this barber, it's a complete disaster. I feel ashamed of how I look now.
