Absolutely shocking haircut and beard trim. Asked for a haircut and they just did one straight cut across the back of my head with no layers or style. The mustache trim was completely uneven, it's very noticeable. I suffer from depression and this experience just made me feel even worse. I strongly advise against going to this barber, it's a complete disaster. I feel ashamed of how I look now. Honestly, I really wanted to enjoy this spot but my experiences with Brazilian waxing here have been below par on multiple occasions. I've tried 3 different therapists and each time, they've missed spots, disregarded my preferred shape, and despite requesting hard wax, Ruby still used strips for most of the Brazilian. There should be an option for extended appointment slots so that if a client prefers hard wax, the esthetician can take their time as I understand it requires more precision to let the wax set.
