I was satisfied; I showed a style photo, and the team put in the effort. It's a win for me. With much time between haircuts, I felt well-taken care of. I typically refrain from leaving feedback, but Harper's work on my tattoos was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. I genuinely believe that anyone considering a tattoo should schedule an appointment here; exceptional service and fair rates aside, I felt valued, acknowledged, and respected. Harper took the time to ensure my comfort throughout the entire process, and visiting the studio was a truly delightful experience. I will definitely return for any future tattoo projects I have in mind!

Purchased Almond Shower Oil from the commercial bay store. Arrived home and accidentally dropped it (from hip height) causing the plastic and lid to shatter (see pics). Contacted L’Occitane who deemed this a customer error rather than a defective bottle, spoke with the store staff who simply said “sorry, these things happen sometimes”. Conducted a small experiment by dropping my other bottles from the same height (once they were empty and filled with water, in case my floor is unusually hard), I can confirm that none of my other bottles from Lush, AESOP, or the body shop broke. My partner and I had a fantastic time exploring Wellington with our knowledgeable guide, Eddie. He provided a safety briefing and instructions on using the e-bikes before leading us on a 27-kilometer journey around the city. Without his guidance, I doubt we could have navigated without getting lost or having mishaps. We made several stops to learn about the history, fun facts, and admire the views. Eddie even took photos for us to cherish the memories. The e-bikes made scaling the steep hills effortless, giving us a good workout without exhaustion. Thank you, Eddie!
