I purchased a laser treatment bundle. Everything was clearly explained to me during the consultation so I was well-prepared for my initial session.
Kaitlyn did a fantastic job outlining the key details, explaining the procedure process. All the team members I encountered were exceptionally friendly.

Jaxon did this cover up piece on my leg. Tricky task as I didn't want it too dark, but the initial tattoo was quite dark. I reckon he did a top job concealing it and transforming it into a deeply symbolic piece that I'm really chuffed with :) and the pain was bearable. From the foot moulds to receiving the orthotic insoles, the whole process only took a fortnight. The product has significantly improved my overpronation and will be beneficial for my Auckland marathon preparation.

I enjoy the ambiance and the individuals working there are very pleasant. However, during my last visit, I was squeezed in for an appointment when they were clearly pressed for time. The manicure felt rushed, lasting less than 10 minutes, yet I was charged the full price. The quality of the manicure was subpar. If the salon is fully booked, I recommend avoiding walk-ins to ensure each client receives the complete service they deserve. Spacious, spotless, serene, and exquisite studio... the staff showed excellent communication and a warm welcome! They made special efforts to accommodate us in their schedule as we were only visiting on vacation for a few days. The artists here are incredibly talented, specializing in fine line tattoos.
Initially planning to visit a different studio, we were captivated by this one upon passing by, admiring all the artists' work displayed and engaging with the reception staff. Delighted to have encountered such compassionate and considerate artists!
