Past hairdressers never quite grasped my vision, but Elouise and her team not only listen attentively but also ask the right questions to ensure the end result aligns perfectly with my hair type. My hair grows at a snail's pace, so there's no room for subpar styles. Received an e-file manicure with gel polish. Highly recommend this place, service was clean and meticulous. Staff were friendly and took great care with manicure. Equipment comes in individual packages, so a new file and scissors is used per manicure, so you don't have to worry about cross contamination between customers. This manicure process involves doing each nail individually, so it takes longer than usual manicures. The place itself was clean and very organized.
