Always a pleasure to visit this place. I consistently opt for the 1-hour Signature Thai deep tissue massage, with the same therapist (Harper) and at the same spot (Papatoetoe), so I can't speak on other aspects. However, each time I depart, I feel rejuvenated, Harper skillfully untangles all the knots in my muscles. Despite the intensity of the deep tissue massage, I remain completely serene throughout the session. The staff are exceptionally professional. Highly recommended.About

I usually visit them once a month because their service was top-notch. But today was a nightmare. I went in for eyebrow threading and waxing on my upper lip, chin, and lower chin. The lady rushed through my eyebrows and ended up damaging my skin. There were tiny blood spots near my right eyebrow. The waxing was unusually painful as well. The management needs to up their game in service quality, or this salon's days are numbered.
