I'm in disbelief at the $80 I shelled out for a mid-fade, a messy fringe, a lineup, and a beard fade. I was prepared for a bit of a price jump, but $80 was way beyond what I anticipated. I had pegged it at $50-60. The administrative team always keeps me well-informed about appointments and billing, and the technicians always give me a heads-up if there are any delays. In my most recent encounter, the electrician went above and beyond by contacting the parts manufacturer to ensure that the new model number would be compatible with an older light fixture. My cousin just arrived from abroad, and their English isn't strong. They went to Cut & Style in Sandringham for a quick haircut. Shockingly, it only took 5 minutes, but they were charged $50. This seemed absurd to me, as I've been to many salons, and even for a lady's cut, it's usually $35. I couldn't fathom why they'd charge $50 for a rushed cut. Plus, the quality was poor; it looked terrible, upsetting my cousin. The bloke who served me was nice and the vaccinator Alex was really cool (I am needle phobic and can get quite dizzy) I was able to lie down and it went fine. I wasn't aware that was an option, but I am grateful that she made that possible for me. I went back and got it cut down which was the best outcome I could've hoped for.
