This is the second time I've chosen a treatment package from the Laser Clinic in St Lukes and I must say the customer service and treatments are just fantastic at this particular clinic. Being a mature female and trying to take better care of myself; it's actually not that easy to know which clinic one could trust and what kind of treatments would best suit me. Tane who assisted me yesterday with selecting a new treatment package was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I went to get my hair dyed. Sat for 15 minutes, answered all her queries, but the stylist refused to color my hair due to a previous Keratin Treatment, even though it had been over 8 months. Then she demanded $50 for bleach that wasn't even used. When I refused, she became aggressive and argued with me. I left without paying, but I won't recommend this salon to anyone.
