Wouldn't recommend. A lot of the workers are unqualified and literally don't know what they're doing. I once got an amazing set done here which cost me 120 but the head nail technician and have since returned 3 further times and paid far too much for nails I could've done better at home. I recently spent $160 on 2 plain colour sets of acrylic, I'd have been happy with the results however none of my nails are the same shape or size 😭 the nails are all crooked and slanted, both hands are completely different on every finger 😅 My visit prior to this was even worse but I came back hoping to fix that. I paid $120 per set for 3 sets of acrylics with nail art for myself and 2 friends. Some new girls had just flown in and started with no experience and did an embarrassing whack job on all 3 of us which we were stuck with for a few weeks. 😅 We wouldn't mind if the price reflected that but it didn't and I don't think people should be paying good money for dodgy home jobs. It ended up costing an extra $60 a set to go back to get them fixed and just recoloured. She glanced at me, rolled her eyes, let out a sigh, and impolitely directed me to where the product could be found. Upon speaking at the counter, another young lady stared blankly at me. I spent a day at VillaKiwi retreat learning relaxation massage. I adored the tranquil ambiance of the retreat, surrounded by lush greenery. I immediately felt at ease there, especially with the two instructors Kiwi and George! They complement each other perfectly, with Kiwi being incredibly gentle and attentive, while George brings a fun and humorous approach. My visit was a disaster! The hair stylist was a no-show! I had an appointment for a hair dye job, but upon reaching the designated spot, no one was there. I tried reaching out through texts and calls, but received no response. I had to plead with my boss to let me leave work early for this appointment. It left me in tears. To this day, I haven't heard a word from them. Avoid this hairdresser (Sienna) at all costs, terribly unprofessional.
