I showed up at physio in February with my ankle in bad shape from three broken bones and surgery back in November. Charlene really got me moving again. When I first met Charlene, I was still using a knee scooter, but quickly progressed to crutches and then down to just one. If I had relied on public hospital physio, I'm not sure I would have regained proper mobility in my ankle, which was very stiff. I wholeheartedly endorse Charlene to anyone in need - she is incredibly skilled and a delightful person.
