Usually, I adore this salon, but during my last appointment, they seemed hurried due to other bookings that day, they skipped bleaching my hair before applying the color. They assured me it would turn into a lovely deep purple shade but instead turned out to be a strange brown/maroon hue. Typically, the color lasts a decent while, but this time it faded extremely fast and unevenly, leaving me with patchy hair color. Uncertain about what happened, but I am quite disheartened with the outcome as it's not an inexpensive color and style, especially considering I drive from Auckland to have it done.
