He belittled me, assuming that as a blonde woman, I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about, even though I have experience with various equipment on my farm and in the fire service. I wouldn't even give it one star. He kept insisting, "In our experience, that indicates a battery problem," despite my own diagnosis.
