The therapists have a traditional approach and quickly understand your needs through their touch. It's unfortunate that not everyone has had the same positive experience as me, as I highly recommend starting with small areas like the neck and shoulders. Communicate your preferences for pressure levels in advance. If you find relief and feel better after the massage, stick with the same therapist and consider getting more areas treated.
