Elsie was marvelous with my children, one of whom is 5, very reserved and it was his first custom-made outfit (I had been attempting but I confess I'm quite useless). Very personable and knowledgeable, he used k-tape to stabilize my injury and alleviate pain for the remainder of my visit.
