Got a conch and another helix piercing today by a wonderful piercer named Tane, and there was another piercer in the room (didn’t catch their name) who was sterilising piercings and tools; both of them were incredibly engaging and knowledgeable about the piercing process (chatted about piercings, reasons for getting them, the extreme sterility measures, etc). The piercings themselves also look fantastic, and the aftercare advice will ensure they heal properly (in the photos, sorry for the AirPods haha). Overall, my sibling and I (who came in for company, not a piercing) were impressed by everything in the store. Fantastic products, customer service and people!
