I had a dreadful experience last week. I went in for a nose piercing and ended up with two holes in my nose and lots of pain. The store manager pierced my nose only to have the gun and stud stuck. She tried multiple times to remove it while blood was flowing down my face. Finally, she took out the stud, ouch. I really wanted the piercing to proceed without having to come back another day. I switched sides and successfully got pierced the second time on the other side. In short, she didn't offer me a refund or anything, for that matter. I found her very unprofessional.
