Had a fantastic experience at jk hair today. The hairstylist was very skilled and friendly. Wanted a haircut and dye my hair. Had a few choices of colors when i went in. Discussed with the stylist, she was straightforward regarding what she thought and gave her honest opinion about my hair. The conversation throughout the haircut was smooth and you won't feel pressured to talk or feel awkward. While I waited for hair dye to settle in, the stylist even provided me a cushion to rest my arms so I can sit straight and play on my phone. The result is great. Received praises from family when I got home. Got a conch and another helix piercing today by a wonderful piercer named Tane, and there was another piercer in the room (didn’t catch their name) who was sterilising piercings and tools; both of them were incredibly engaging and knowledgeable about the piercing process (chatted about piercings, reasons for getting them, the extreme sterility measures, etc). The piercings themselves also look fantastic, and the aftercare advice will ensure they heal properly (in the photos, sorry for the AirPods haha). Overall, my sibling and I (who came in for company, not a piercing) were impressed by everything in the store. Fantastic products, customer service and people!
