Staff is very lovely and attentive, but even though I specifically asked for one gel extension nail repair, I was persuaded into a full infill. I agreed, and then acrylic backfill was put on my gel extensions! They used a lot of drilling on my already damaged nails. I also had a pedicure, which was fantastic, but the pedicure and backfill together cost $150, which I found to be excessive. It's unfortunate that not everyone has had the same positive experience as me, as I highly recommend starting with small areas like the neck and shoulders. Communicate your preferences for pressure levels in advance. If you find relief and feel better after the massage, stick with the same therapist and consider getting more areas treated.
