Eileen was fantastic, love my hair! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her station was spotless. However, the salon itself was quite messy, with scattered hair from various clients. I was the sole customer for over two hours. I highly suggest booking with Eileen - she's exceptional. The pedicure was decent, using only gel. However, the issue arose with the manicure. I usually opt for SNS nails. They suggested SNS clear base with gel on top. Unfortunately, the SNS wasn't filed smoothly or the edges weren't trimmed near the cuticles. The gel coating was thick, uneven, and didn't cover the tips completely. It started chipping off before I even reached home.
