I popped in for a snip. Waited a good half hour. Charmaine assured me my hair would hit my shoulders when straightened. Couldn't stick around for the blow wave due to the delay. Hair ended up way above my shoulder. Ugh. Disappointed. But!! Checked it out in the mirror when dry, and it looks amazing. I live out of town, halfway there. Asked to see design before rebooking, never sent. Contacted them, silence. Weeks later, told price tripled, no design. When I questioned, rudely told to have a good day and blocked. Disappointing lack of professionalism.
