In need of a hair makeover during my travels across New Zealand, a pal scheduled me an appointment at Mods Hair. I am overjoyed that she did because Mia grasped my vision perfectly and proceeded to give me the most fantastic haircut I've had in ages. All the team members were delightful, courteous, and engaging. Sadly, I won't be able to return, but only because traveling 18,000 kilometers is quite a trek for a hair appointment! If I lived nearby, I'd never go anywhere else. I must say, it was quite a disappointing visit. Upon entering the establishment, there was no warm welcome. A young man performed my massage. Despite arriving promptly, he took his time to begin and even took a break to use the restroom during the session. There was a lack of effort and a desire to rush through the service. I paid $80 for the men's special. I do not plan on returning.
