Unfortunately, I felt that my appointment was rushed. My beauty therapist was running late after a training session with a new team member, and the next client arrived before I was finished. I barely had 5 minutes there, and for the price, a little extra time for a facial massage or something would have been nice. I may not return.About

Staff is very lovely and attentive, but even though I specifically asked for one gel extension nail repair, I was persuaded into a full infill. I agreed, and then acrylic backfill was put on my gel extensions! They used a lot of drilling on my already damaged nails. I also had a pedicure, which was fantastic, but the pedicure and backfill together cost $150, which I found to be excessive. After a bad haircut at another salon earlier this year and letting it grow out a bit, the hairstylist from Scotland gave me lovely layers and a beautiful touch-up!! The priciest physiotherapy clinic in Christchurch and highly unsatisfactory. Had two appointments on a busy Friday, with a 1.5-hour gap between them. First appointment went smoothly, killed time until 2.15 for the second one due to traffic, arrived five minutes early only to be informed the physiotherapist was on lunch break and wouldn't return for 20-30 minutes. Despite explaining the rush and lack of appointments before 2.15, the staff seemed indifferent. Disappointed by the unreliability, I've lost potential earnings and feel let down by the healthcare system in the South Island. Got my nails done by Hana who was wonderful. I chose this place based on online reviews and I can confirm the staff are delightful. I opted for a regular manicure and pedicure as I plan to research builder's gel further due to being pregnant and breastfeeding, then I will return here to get it done.
