There was a specific staff member (individual with ginger hair, beard, and glasses) who was particularly rude and unhelpful. When inquired about the various types of room deodorizers available, they either did not bother to explain or seemed unaware. Additionally, there has been a significant price hike from $40 to $80 per bottle for a medium-sized bottle of deodorizer, with no official price tags displayed on the shelf. My boy got a slick High School Fade today (Sunday 30/06/24). Didn't catch the barber's name, but he was the absolute legend! Nailed the fade on my son. We've tried 5 barbers in the past year, and he's never been happier than when he left Musa's Barber Mairehau today. He's been grinning ear to ear since. Growing a mullet, he wanted the top trimmed and the sides faded. The barber got it spot on, a solid 10/10.

Staff is very lovely and attentive, but even though I specifically asked for one gel extension nail repair, I was persuaded into a full infill. I agreed, and then acrylic backfill was put on my gel extensions! They used a lot of drilling on my already damaged nails. I also had a pedicure, which was fantastic, but the pedicure and backfill together cost $150, which I found to be excessive.
