The pedicure was decent, using only gel. However, the issue arose with the manicure. I usually opt for SNS nails. They suggested SNS clear base with gel on top. Unfortunately, the SNS wasn't filed smoothly or the edges weren't trimmed near the cuticles. The gel coating was thick, uneven, and didn't cover the tips completely. It started chipping off before I even reached home. There was a specific staff member (individual with ginger hair, beard, and glasses) who was particularly rude and unhelpful. When inquired about the various types of room deodorizers available, they either did not bother to explain or seemed unaware. Additionally, there has been a significant price hike from $40 to $80 per bottle for a medium-sized bottle of deodorizer, with no official price tags displayed on the shelf.
