The therapists have a traditional approach and quickly understand your needs through their touch. It's unfortunate that not everyone has had the same positive experience as me, as I highly recommend starting with small areas like the neck and shoulders. Communicate your preferences for pressure levels in advance. If you find relief and feel better after the massage, stick with the same therapist and consider getting more areas treated. Personally, I am pain-free after visiting this place for relief. The priciest physiotherapy clinic in Christchurch and highly unsatisfactory. Had two appointments on a busy Friday, with a 1.5-hour gap between them. First appointment went smoothly, killed time until 2.15 for the second one due to traffic, arrived five minutes early only to be informed the physiotherapist was on lunch break and wouldn't return for 20-30 minutes. Despite explaining the rush and lack of appointments before 2.15, the staff seemed indifferent. Disappointed by the unreliability, I've lost potential earnings and feel let down by the healthcare system in the South Island. Got a conch and another helix piercing today by a wonderful piercer named Tane, and there was another piercer in the room (didn’t catch their name) who was sterilising piercings and tools; both of them were incredibly engaging and knowledgeable about the piercing process (chatted about piercings, reasons for getting them, the extreme sterility measures, etc). The piercings themselves also look fantastic, and the aftercare advice will ensure they heal properly (in the photos, sorry for the AirPods haha). Overall, my sibling and I (who came in for company, not a piercing) were impressed by everything in the store. Fantastic products, customer service and people! What sets them apart is their ability to accommodate three people at once, perfect for a girls' day out. The sweet treats at the reception were a nice touch.
