When they introduced beauty treatments like lip fillers, I knew it was the perfect time to try it out. The experience was fantastic, the numbing cream worked well, and I only felt a slight pinch. The ladies here are so kind, the workspace has a wonderful atmosphere, and it always smells lovely. I am absolutely thrilled with my lips! She focused mainly on my shoulder, identifying stiffness from a surgery I had 3 years back. I deeply appreciate her expertise and dedication in easing the tension in my muscles across my back, chest, shoulder, and arm. She also pinpointed a recent wrist injury and provided immense relief. I've been receiving massages for 30 years, and she stands out. It's regrettable that I can't return due to travel. Highly recommended. Wasn't too thrilled with my visit and the outcome. It was all over in a quick 20 minutes and I felt rushed in and out. Coming out of lockdown, I was hoping for a more relaxed, pleasant experience rather than a hurried, impersonal job. The stylist didn't take the time to understand what I wanted. No questions about the type of cut I desired (wet, dry, restyle, etc.) were asked, assuming I wanted a dry cut when I actually needed a restyle. If only there had been a discussion about options and a request for clarification from the start. Now I'm stuck with a subpar, budget "graduated bob" due to poor communication and lack of attention to detail.
