Scheduled in the arvo and luckily snagged a slot. One lass worked on me. She was top-notch. Then another lass stepped in because my back and shoulder were in a bad way, and worked on me some more. They really knew where the sore spots were. My shoulder and back were achy the next day but I felt heaps better in the following days. Chris is an unparalleled nail expert and artist I've come across. Their craftsmanship is superb, and they invest time in understanding their customers' unique requirements and concerns. They also grasp their clients' personalities and discern what suits them in terms of colors and nail art, of which they have an extensive array of products. I had a specific issue that no other technician worldwide had been able to resolve, but Chris managed to tackle it (excuse the pun). Chris genuinely cares for their clients and is generous with their time, never rushing and ensuring their clients are content. Their salon is a warm haven, and their hospitality is delightful.
