I used to frequent this place about a year ago and had a lovely lady named Thu do my gel manicures and pedicures. The only reason I stopped going was because she had left. 😭 and I've not found anyone else as skilled as Thu, on a gel manicure/pedicure as her. Her attention to detail, expertise, and suggestions were priceless. I requested a trim to get rid of damaged hair - my hair was below my waist before the cut, now it's shoulder length. The barber didn't confirm the length before cutting, nor did she inquire about thinning or layering. I'm relieved I didn't go further, as I believe she would have caused more harm than good. The haircut is so bad it brought me to tears.
