I provided detailed responses, even sent photos and a video of my charging process. No reply. Sent three more emails, still no answer. I should’ve heeded the feedback on here and NOT visited town nails. It felt like I had a trainee working on my nails which wouldn’t bother me if I was paying trainee rates.
Nails barely lasted a week (I can usually get 3-4 weeks with gel nails).

My brother went to get a anti-eyebrow/butterfly piercing. The piercer was extremely unprofessional - didn't give my brother a warning or countdown before doing the piercing, and was very rough. They were so rough that my brother was left with bleeding, extreme swelling, and bruising around their eye socket. I'm from the Canterbury. then had to go to the Taranaki dump. OMG how is that LAWFUL cucked up the fist second out of the car.. the smell in the shed was beyond the point of a health a hazard . the worst ever. there where no flies or seagulls that's how bad it was. Upon arrival, it took 15 minutes just to receive some assistance and, as you may have guessed, the items were not ready.
My driver waited for 30 minutes, totaling 45 minutes of frustration.
