I am utterly let down. I phoned weeks prior, assured they could do gel nails. Upon arrival, waited as the artist was 15 mins late, only to be informed they couldn't do what I wanted (french tips). Just one colour, no art or details, was the limit. The nail technician was pleasant, yet crucial details like this should have been shared during booking. I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the reception. The woman there was exceptionally kind and courteous. I visited Kieran Caldwell for some treatment on my neck and back, as recommended by a friend. I must say, I highly recommend his services. I went in at 8.30am this morning, and already I feel fantastic. Sitting at my desk now, I feel incredibly relaxed! Thank you, team!

I've been a regular visitor here, everything was fine until I needed treatment for chemical burns. Despite being a registered member, they claimed I wasn't in their system and tried to charge me $100 as a casual patient. To sum it up, they seemed more interested in money. Now, I have to drive three hours back to my previous doctor, as no one is accepting new patients anymore.
