I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the reception. The woman there was exceptionally kind and courteous. I visited Kieran Caldwell for some treatment on my neck and back, as recommended by a friend. I must say, I highly recommend his services. I went in at 8.30am this morning, and already I feel fantastic. Sitting at my desk now, I feel incredibly relaxed! Thank you, team!

Plus, she was running behind by 15 mins, and I couldn't stick around due to other commitments, so my slot got cut short from 45 to 30 mins. Overall, a total hair-raising nightmare. Despite being a registered member, they claimed I wasn't in their system and tried to charge me $100 as a casual patient. To sum it up, they seemed more interested in money. Now, I have to drive three hours back to my previous doctor, as no one is accepting new patients anymore.
