I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the reception. The woman there was exceptionally kind and courteous. I visited Kieran Caldwell for some treatment on my neck and back, as recommended by a friend. I must say, I highly recommend his services. I went in at 8.30am this morning, and already I feel fantastic. Sitting at my desk now, I feel incredibly relaxed! Thank you, team!

If I could do 0 stars, I'd. The owner is a thief and so rude! Refuses to refund a deposit for a booking made with a stylist who no longer works there, over a month away! Ignored all my messages and when I went in, she refused to talk and was incredibly rude. Nowhere on the website states deposits are non-refundable. Staff left, not me changing my mind 🤯 still 38 days away. It was for my wedding!! So many others contacted me with terrible experiences. This business won't last long!About

I am utterly let down. I phoned weeks prior, assured they could do gel nails. Upon arrival, waited as the artist was 15 mins late, only to be informed they couldn't do what I wanted (french tips). Just one colour, no art or details, was the limit. The nail technician was pleasant, yet crucial details like this should have been shared during booking. Otherwise, I would have chosen a more skilled salon.About
