Incredible team. My brother and I made a booking for our Nail Spa at Neon. The service was top-notch and they were super friendly and kind even though we were 10mins late. They were very accommodating even with a full house. I was left alone in the chair with a fan blowing on my hands, unaware that the treatment was over. No massage or lotion was provided. The individual rushed through the nail treatment, neglecting to trim my cuticles and leaving glue and nail polish residue on my fingers. Despite paying for acrylic nails with French tips, I received messy, uneven white nails. The technician disregarded my preferences for length and shape, resulting in skin cuts from excessive filing and burning sensations from aggressive electric filing. Despite his busy schedule, he patiently provides examples for those of us who may struggle with learning, particularly when it comes to mastering cutting angles. Kahu is a genuine and empathetic tutor who truly cares about our progress. And no, he didn't ask me to write this!
