We had a very unpleasant experience some time back concerning racial matters. As my partner and I were leaving the store with our receipt and items in hand, not a single person was checked for their bag contents or had their receipt scanned. Strangely enough, when the woman working that day spotted my partner (Indian), she couldn't have hurried faster to approach him, ask about the receipt, and inspect our bag in a very rude manner. There was a woman right behind us (European), assuming everyone was having their receipt scanned and queuing behind us. The Kmart employee directly told her, "Oh no, sweetie, you're good," and let her pass. So out of allllll the people on that busy day, they chose to inspect the only non-European person at that time and allowed others to walk straight out. Worst experience at GP ever, My enrollment form was lost twice and my son's four times. Every time I contacted them, I was told to fill out the enrollment form again. I've been with them for almost six months, and this keeps happening. Every time I call, the manager is extremely arrogant and rude. Every time I contact them, I have to prove that I am already enrolled, answering the same questions repeatedly. It's becoming really embarrassing. I believe someone should look into her professional conduct and customer service. Today I had a massage from the wonderful Paige Bush. Her professionalism and welcoming presence made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my entire experience. The tranquil and clean set up of the massage room invited me to feel safe and trusting of Paige, with friendly chatting, frequent check-ups of pressure and boundaries, and explanations of what she was doing. Within 10 minutes, I was approached for help by 3 different individuals, and then a 4th time by the 3rd person. I can appreciate the 1st and even the 2nd person asking, but the 3rd person? Asking me twice? When I politely declined with "No, I'm okay thank you" the 3rd time, they continued to linger and watch me as I shopped. When a customer declines assistance, it should be respected.
