Despite previous bad experiences, I was assured of their expertise. The result was unsatisfactory, with only a slight curl. The tint was messy, causing discomfort and a burning sensation. The salon refused a refund, offering a redo or voucher, which I declined. Ignoring calls now. I demand my money back as a student who can't afford such a poor service.About

I’ve never had a good experience with health care providers and today was a first, I walked into the clinic and was greeted by a bubbly bright young receptionist which immediately calmed my nerves for my first appointment the other employees walked in while I was filling out a form and the atmosphere was just so lively, the lady I saw for my issues was a delight to be around very attentive asked a lot of questions that wouldn’t of popped into my mind to talk about, the resources she provided me with was above and beyond. One star for the cover on the massage bed, that's all! Terrible experience on 31/9/24 !!! Attending a wedding, so I decided to pamper myself and got my eyebrows hennaed. The beautician assured me it would last for weeks. However, the very next day (1/10/24), almost half of it had come off. The lash tint was also a disappointment. Moreover, the color used was completely wrong and applied far too thickly. After noticing this in the car mirror, I went back to complain. I waited at the reception desk, rang the bell, but no one came out. I demand a refund!!! I have photographic evidence!! I will never return here!!!
